RPI provides it's
customers with the following maintenance and support services :
- 24 hour x 7 day local support assistance to cause the Product to perform
in accordance with its published specifications.
- Improvements, enhancements, extensions and other changes to the Product
developed by Licensor during the period of the License.
- Updates to the Product if and as required to cause it to operate with
new releases of the operating system, so long as such updates are
technically feasible.
- 24 hour x 7 day local support assistance for fault reporting and
diagnosis to support the complete and optimal performance of the Product.
